Promotion begins on 4/16/02 and ends on 11/18/02. This Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents 18 years of age as of 4/16/02. Entry may be made online by visiting www.gohawaii.com between 4/16/02 and 11/18/02 or brides.weddingchannel.com between 09/17/02 and 11/18/02. You may also enter at any fall '02 BRIDE'S On Location event between 9/8/02 and 11/10/02 by going to the BRIDE'S booth and filling out an entry form. Event locations, dates and times are posted on brides.weddingchannel.com. All www.gohawaii.com entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM (ET) on 11/18/02 and all brides.weddingchannel.com entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM (ET) on 7/16/02. Only one entry per couple/email address permitted. Entries that are lost, late, postage due, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received for any reason including by reason of network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Sponsor or elsewhere will not be eligible. Sponsors, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of force majeure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failure of any sort. One winning couple will be chosen in a random drawing of all eligible entries on or about 12/15/02 and will be notified by phone or mail. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Employees (and their families) of The Condé Nast Nast Publications Inc., Hawaii Visitors and Convention bureau, The Hilton Waikoloa Village on the island of Hawaii and Classic Custom Vacations are not eligible to participate. One Grand Prize winner will receive a seven day, six night stay, double occupancy, in a deluxe ocean view room at The Hilton Waikoloa Village, Hawaii, with the following amenities included: Bottle of champagne upon arrival, bubble bath amenities, Seaside Cabana massage, one dinner for two, signature robes for two, Red Sail Sports Catamaran sail, daily American breakfast buffet for two, and a luxury rental car from Hertz. Round trip coach airfare for two will be provided by a major airline from a major commercial airport nearest winner's home in the continental US. Ground transportation, meals other than the breakfasts and dinner specified, taxes and other expenses not included. Travel dates are based on room and airfare availability. Blackout dates will apply. Prize trip must be booked a minimum of 27 days in advance of travel, and travel must be completed by 12/15/03. All elements of Grand Prize provided by Classic Custom Vacations (sole Sponsor). Approximate retail value of vacation package: $4,500.
All portions of prize are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for c ash. No substitution for prize except by Sponsors in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Trip must be taken by the couple specified on the entry form. The Sponsor of this promotion is Classic Custom Vacations, which is solely responsible for all aspects of the promotion. By participating in this promotion, all participants and prize winners agrees that Hilton Hotels Corporation, The Condé Nast Publications, Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau and their respective partnerships, subsidiaries and affiliates and each of such entities' respective officers, directors, agents and employees are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, illness, litigation or damage that may occur from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of California and that it shall be resolved by and within the courts of that state. The Hilton logo and logotype are registered trademarks of Hilton Hospitality, Inc. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent of winning couple to the use of their names, likenesses, and/or photographs for editorial, advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited). Winning couple may each be required to execute Affidavits of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability releases, which must be returned within 14 days of notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.
This sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, outside the US and where prohibited and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.
